Your order at CreatureSupps.com is extremely important to us. We are more than happy to help with any questions or concerns you have with your order on our website. For those requests made outside these hours, we will address those and respond in a timely manner.

 

SHIPPING

Orders made at CreatureSupps.com typically ship within 1 Business Day of the order being placed.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at CreatureSupps.com, the item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns, exchanges or refunds.

 Please include the original packing slip, write “Return” on the packing slip and specify what items are being returned. Please be advised that refunds will be calculated using any promotion for discount that was used during the original purchase excluding shipping.

This return policy is only applicable to items purchased through the Creature Supps website, CreatureSupps.com. We are unable to accept returns for purchases made from another retailer.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR LOST ITEMS

CreatureSupps.com makes every effort possible to safely secure and ship each order, but on rare occasions, it can be damaged during transit. If you feel your order was damaged during delivery, please report it immediately to our Creature Supps Customer Service team. Please DO NOT dispose of any damaged product or packaging until you have contacted the Creature Supps Customer Service team for instructions, as we may require the return of the damaged product.

In the untimely event that you receive the incorrect item, please e-mail or call our Customer Service team and we will work quickly to rectify the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
